What sport is played?

7-a-side football, indoors on the full-sized pitches at Vallhall Arena. Every match is 7 v 7, so anyone with average fitness can take part.

Can we send more than 13 players?

A roster is capped at 13 to keep matches balanced. If you want to bring more colleagues as supporters, spectator passes are available.

What if a player gets injured during the event?

On-site medical staff are present for the full three days. Substitutions can be made between matches at no cost.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before kick-off. After that, the spot is non-refundable but transferable to another company.

Do players need a specific skill level?

No. Teams are seeded after the group stage so everyone competes against companies of similar level.

Are food and drinks included in the team price?

Yes — meals, drinks, and recovery zones are included, but not every meal on all three days. Confirmed teams get the full catering schedule ahead of the event.

Can two teams from the same company join?

Yes. Many larger companies send 2 or 3 teams. Each team is invoiced separately.
