Tournament format
Every team plays all three days. A side bracket runs alongside the main bracket so no one is sent home on day one.

Roughly 3,800 NOK per participant for three full days. Invoiced after spot confirmation. Free cancellation up to 30 days before kick-off.

A mix of indoor team sports designed so anyone with average fitness can compete. The exact mix is shared with confirmed teams ahead of the event.
A roster is capped at 13 to keep matches balanced. If you want to bring more colleagues as supporters, spectator passes are available.
On-site medical staff are present for the full three days. Substitutions can be made between matches at no cost.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before kick-off. After that, the spot is non-refundable but transferable to another company.
No. Teams are seeded after the group stage so everyone competes against companies of similar level.
Yes — all meals, drinks, and recovery zones are fully covered for the three days.
Yes. Many larger companies send 2 or 3 teams. Each team is invoiced separately.
